The Connect Pathway is designed for individuals and families who are new to Northwest Church of Christ or who are looking to begin building meaningful relationships within our church family.
At Northwest, we believe that spiritual growth begins with connection. Before people serve, lead, or take on responsibilities in ministry, they need a place where they feel welcomed, known, and valued.
The Connect Pathway helps people move from simply attending services to building authentic relationships with others in the Northwest community. It creates opportunities for people to meet members, learn about the church, and begin feeling at home.
Our goal is simple: help people belong before asking them to take on responsibilities.

The Four Elements of Connection
At Northwest, we believe connection grows through four important experiences.
Presence
Being present matters. When people show up, they are seen, welcomed, and acknowledged as part of the community.
People
Connection grows through relationships. The Connect Pathway introduces you to members, leaders, and others who are walking their own journey of faith.
Conversation
Healthy relationships are built through meaningful conversation. Sharing stories and experiences helps build trust and understanding.
Belonging
Our desire is that everyone who walks through our doors feels safe, valued, and included. Connection creates a sense of belonging within the Northwest family.
